Future terrorists, take note! It’s all going to be okay! If you have ambitions to either load yourself onto an airplane and fly it into an important US target, or persuade others to do so… don’t worry. It will cost the US many trillion dollars, 10 years of war, and thousands of innocent lives, to find you.
Not a bad return on investment, from a terrorist’s perspective!
